For local delivery within Malaysia, we offer complimentary shipping on all orders. Our trusted courier partner, GDEX, ensures swift delivery within 1-3 working days.

COLLECT AT OUR OFFICE

PRIVATE VIEWING
We offer an exclusive opportunity for customers to preview desired items before committing to a purchase. Customers have the option to buy on-site and collect the item once payment has been fully processed.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
The international shipping cost varies based on the dimensions and size of the package. It is imperative for customers to adhere to all local Customs regulations pertaining to their orders.

DELIVERY INSURANCE
Delivery insurance is available at customer’s request and the fee will be bare by the customer.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For orders shipped outside of Malaysia, customers may incur import taxes, customs duties, and additional fees imposed by the destination country. All orders are dispatched with duties unpaid, and it is the customer’s responsibility to settle any import taxes, duties, and customs fees, as well as to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country. Payment is typically collected at the time of or prior to delivery. Bellisa may furnish courier and product details, including costs, as well as customer information, to destination customs or postal authorities, as required by the laws and regulations of the destination country.
Please note that we are unable to declare our merchandise as gifts or declare a lower value on customs forms. Additionally, the full purchase price of the item must be declared to ensure appropriate insurance coverage for your package.

RETURN POLICY

CANCEL OR AMEND ORDER
Once your order is confirmed, we begin processing it promptly, and as a result, we are unable to make any changes, including altering the delivery address or option.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
Once payment is completed, all sales are considered final, and we do not offer exchanges. However, if you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact our customer service team, and we will address the issue accordingly.
We are committed to combating counterfeit items and take confirming the authenticity of each item very seriously.

If returned goods are damaged, incorrect, or not in their original packaging, we reserve the right to reduce or withhold compensation. It’s important to note that you are responsible for the goods until they reach us, including covering postal costs, taxes, duties, and insurance expenses for return shipments. Refunds will not be issued for goods that do not arrive or arrive damaged, so please provide proof of postage. Items lost during transit will not be considered returned. We advise using a secure and dependable postal service for returning your package.
